loan在wells fargo 直接办的，
早就收到了commitment letter--with a lot of conditions， appraisal 20K over
the contract price, so that is fine too.
把所有材料fax了email说是

documentation which you had provided, has been reviewed and cleared. The
Insurance was the last piece I needed.I will be submitting your file back
to the Underwriter for review of the Insurance/ Clearance to Close. As
soon as I receive Clearance to Close...

听说remove了all contingency deposit就拿不回来了， am I safe now?

You need to make sure the two cash deposit are accepted by the lender first.

没懂，为什莫要 remove all contingencies?是不是满足各样条件了，remove了才能

Seller到时间会让你remove contingency的，这也是对seller的一个保证。
