Can I load Vanilla prepaid with Amex with no risk? Was wondering if Vanilla
prepaid card belongs to Amex. I remember we can not buy Amex gift card with

1. the risk is always there when you make large purchases repeatedly in a
short period of time;
2. Vanilla reload network has nothing to do with AmEx;
3. perfectly fine using AmEx CC to buy AmEx GC even at AmEx;
4. diversify - mix of Vanilla, AP, regular purchases, etc.
