先祝大家春节快乐！
南加第一次买房，看了一个20年的townhouse，在描述里写了"Fumigated one year ago
by HOA" 和 "All new copper pipe throughout"。想请教一下各位达人们，
1. 什么情况下才需要做Fumigation， 也就是说Fumigation是属于正常的维护范围，
还是说发现了白蚁/害虫的补救呢？ 一般多久做一次？
2. 一般的管道寿命是多少年，什么情况下需要更换？铜管道应该比PVC管道好，是吗？

AMX with purchased plan is primary, that is well known already. In addition
to that, I also found the following:

personal use of rental car is covered has never been clear.

listed bellow with the annual fees noted.

Chase Continental Presidential Plus ($375)

J.P. Morgan Select ($95)
J.P. Morgan Ritz-Carlton Card ($395)
Discover Escape ($60)
We definitely wish that more cards will come with this great benefit in the

如果法案通过的话，会有影响吗？因为如果申的话现在要perm了？

1. 问题比较严重杀白蚁用的，问题轻的打/灌药就成。

？我是想问如果到时perm pending或audit，并法案通过，我可以不管perm直接递140吗？

记得我们的inspector说过，铜管的寿命比较长，80-100年。。。

一般厂家都有50Y warranty 不过实际上长得多 这边好多1840前的房子还用的是原配
的铜管
