不合理。我们给客户锁定利率都不要客户付定金。

我们其实也无所谓，只要他们能保证按时closing。
就怕broker后面有什么猫腻。

in next a few days, the rates will come down. You can relock a good one.

很难说有什么问题，因为银行锁了利息之后，就会买bond hedge风险，一般不会是100%
hedge的，那么，如果最终交易不成的话，银行是有损失的。银行当然不愿意有损失了
，所以要求deposit也正常。不过，按loan amount的的比例收，比较。。。
