每次打开培根，基本上一个星期得吃完，否则颜色变得我有点不敢吃，但是如果一个星
期吃完也就是天天早餐都得吃，我又觉得太油腻了。有什么方法保存的时间长一点，可

２／１４是COMMITMENT DATE.我们的BROKER刚开始联系的时候，给的RATE比较低，当我
们开始用她的时候，她的RATE就一直很高，连续比版里给的VA，MA，和CA的RATE要高at
least .125，现在都高了.3; 今天版里说RATE比昨天低了，今天她却说比昨天高.125
。感觉这个BROKER不TRUSTWORTHY!
我们文件全都交给她了，程序都在做了，APPRAISAL也在做了:
现在还能换BROKER（如果新的跟旧的用的是一个LAWYER）？
还来得及换BROKER吗，如果２／１４要COMMITMENT 的话？

变色是因为氧化，没开包装的时候厂家在肉上喷氮气所以肉色新鲜，其实这和品质没关系
bacon可以冷冻，但是依然会变色

买回家后拆包，用保鲜膜或蜡纸或parchment paper把每次要吃量单独包装（可以用以

What they said only applies to new purchase mortgage. You can get everything
covered by broker, including appraisal fee, if it is a refinance.

to pay the appraisal fee.
In no-cost refinance, the appraisal fee is covered ONLY when you settle the
refinance.
The broker will NOT pay that fee for you if he/she cannot get paid through

if you switch to another broker, you need to do everything from the
beginning. The fastest case I heard is about 3 weeks. 1 week is impossible.
