那天一黑哥们agent上门推销FIOS,因为有打折就顺了,签了合同,定好安装日期。后
来我上网去改安
装日期,结果系统竟然找不到这个order,跟客服联系了也找不到。我就打电话给agent
,丫于是又跑来
一堂,从头repeat一遍,再sign.因为Saturday 安装不available,所以先定了个周五,
说第二天
可以上网改到周六。我第二天又上网查,系统还是没有order,这回我打电话给agent,
丫也不回了。这
都几天了,都不理我,大家说我该怎么办,找谁投诉。有合同副本。
