对小孩补牙麻醉问题很是纠结，恳请赐教。
对乳牙加牙冠是不是很必要？

小女孩，4岁半，有6颗牙要补。
医生建议两套方案：
1）局部麻醉
6次，每次一小时，补一颗牙。用 2% Xylocaine 麻醉。
担心孩子补牙过程会动。
2）全身麻醉
1次，一小时，补6颗。用 Sevofloovarre 麻醉。
担心麻醉剂对大脑有伤害。

如果是男孩，3岁半，建议那种方法？

前几天发过帖子，home inspection 的时候发现了几个大问题，所以决定按照
contigency退出，我的agent已经把押金退给我们了（escrow是在我们agent的公司）。
2周以前就把这个contract release form寄给卖家agent了，但到了现在他们还是没有
签，我们今天看好了另外一个房子，想出offer。
请问是不是可以不等这个release form，直接动手买新的了，还是必须要等卖家签好了
我们才算从前一个contract中脱身了？
比较困惑，不想买了第二个房子，发现被第一个房子缠住了，到时候是不是就麻烦了？
多谢指教！

When you find big problems in the house, you should request the seller to
repair/fix them, instead of sending the release form. If the seller refuse
to repair/fix the problems, then you have the right either proceed or send
the mutual release form.
If the seller doesn't sign without a reason, your agent should talk with his
/her broker, and let the broker talk with the seller's broker.
You agent should not give you back your EMD without the seller signing the
release form.
What you can do now is let your agent push the seller to release you.
This is what theoretically should be. But practically, well, if the seller
doesn't repair/fix the house for you, then you have the right to terminate
the contract and searching for new houses.

一颗颗补。我家老大三岁补了两次。一次一颗。第一次啥都没用，就用棉花签沾点小麻
麻。第二次局部打了一针。没哭没动很乖。我家老二两岁多去补两颗大门牙，同一个牙
医因为我家老大过去的表现，就不打麻药补，我家老二象杀猪一样从头苦到尾，不过牙
医已经开始了，就停不下来了。问我要不要停，我说不能停。哈~~~
好在补过后，他们都比较注意，至今都不错。

In west states, buyer can do that without asking repairing first.

谢谢。我也觉得局麻更安全。看来还有一个好处，孩子知道珍惜牙齿了。

我四岁半的大娃最近刚补过牙，全程用笑气，补之前用棉签和针筒上了些麻药。针筒的
麻药不是注射，是滴上去的。娃一直很配合，补完了也说不疼。
