我连VPN都是上某些特定的非得VPN的网站。我也用这些网站来确定自己的是否恋上了。
你也可以这么试试。

难道你愿意付3%fee?当初买gc的时候就已经被剥削一次了，现在再被剥削？
amazon payments就1000 limit。用了gc就不能用神卡或者新开的卡拿bonus，所以
amazon payments也被排除

当然是试那些不用VPN就进不去的地方，比如你们公司内部网页。

那你用route print 或 ipconfig 看有没有新IP加上了。一般来说应该是你家router子
网的一个地址。

如果你家router有web-based config page, 你试试那个web page就行。

.......如果不是成千上万的gc，自己平时花掉不就好了，还真要每一分钱都赚足
cashback么。。。。。
别说买gc时候被剥削，没有足够多的cashback或者开卡bonus，会愿意倒贴钱去买gc？

比较了一下关闭VPN与打开VPN状态，确实有个新的IP地址，是169开头的，跟ISP提供给
router的却
是不一样。也不是子网的192.168啥的
google了一下：符合这种情况：
" If your local IP address is returned as 169.254.y.z with a subnet mask
of 255.255.0.0, the IP address was assigned by the Automatic Private IP
Addressing (APIPA) feature of Windows XP Professional. This assignment
means that TCP/IP is configured for automatic configuration, that no DHCP
server was found, and that no alternative configuration is specified. This
configuration has no default gateway for the interface. "
不知算不算有效VPN？

当然好几千，没多少的话，花掉不就完了？
如果被扣3%，那根本不是deal
开卡bonus每种卡每人就一次，浪费了就没有了

no, 169.254是你连不上网络 windows放弃了后给你的地址
