I think you should find your own. there can be conflict of interest to hire
your agent's recommendations.

what's important is you interview the inspector and only hire the person if
you feel comfortable regardless whether it's the agent referral or from
other source. inspector by default is independent.

当然不可靠，代理推荐的人立刻拖入黑名单。就算是本来口碑好的你也不能用。

1. do not use 代理推荐的inspector or loan broker
2. when inspector inspects the house, don't let buyer 代理 be there

inspector has a master key, they only need a code to get the key from the
key box
