主要是title insurance county transfer tax 一般1，2k

最后一个其实很正常啊
一般前三个月都是没有保险的啊

inspection, escrow fee, appraisal if you want 3rd party opinion on value (
not req'd), title fees minimal. seller title ins pay by seller in CA.

如果不是NY,CA 之类的地方，专业不是CS,7万不到，差不多平均水平吧，不低了，比

i bought it cash in nyc, didn't need title insurance
here are the detail:
title search $250
recording (deed) fee $250
attorney's fee $600
document preparation $250
