我这个呢？都是合理的收费么？
Closing costs:
- $1200 lender charges (appraisal, underwriting and etc…)
- $1800 City of Chicago transfer tax stamps
- $2000 title fees
- $150 recording
- $478 two months assessments due at closing per the contract
- $500-$700 Attorney fees

看来各地的title insurance也都不算便宜呀，呵呵，我心里平衡些了。
楼上的lender fee如果是Chicago地区的平均水平的话，那就没啥问题了。

我在网上查NJ这边如果owner's policy 和 lender's policy一起买的话，lender's
policy才25块，owner's policy是1000多，我的律师也是这么说。我估计银行给的
estimate都是说两个policy分开买的情况。合在一起买，有很大的discount.

谢谢大家的祝福，希望能很快回馈本版。
楼上有问到既然140已批，为什么还要EB1B，我是07年7月那拨交的485，当时交的太多
了，估计还要等段时间。其实那时交的很多已经EB1绿卡都拿到了，我无奈EB1A上不了
，只有EB1B，学校过关很慢才到现在才递的。已经有很好的其它工作错过了。
