对原来的floor plan不是很满意，想把Kitchen移个地方，如下图所示。想问一下，只
是重新弄各种管道，下水，还有电线，大概要多钱。（不包括新的Kitchen的橱柜，水
池等）。2W购不？

Before is so much better than after. You can change the dining room and
family room location to get the same great room as you want in the "after".
That way the kitchen has easy access to dining and greatroom at the same
time, much better than your original "after", whereby the kitchen can not
see the greatroom.

Update
更新了图片和实际照片
因为现在的family room比较小。
而dinning和living现在又没什么用，纯粹是摆设，而且在厨房也看不到这两个房间。
改造后，由于把墙打通了，在厨房可以看得到几乎整个外面了

这个可能要花很多钱，要打通的墙搞不好是承重墙，厨房水电气都要重新走。

If there is a basement and it is accessible you can tell which wall you can'
t demolish. Also you may do it yourself moving around pipes and power lines.
Of cause it is illegal to do so in most states.

这个改动太大了，恐怕不是钱的问题。因为牵扯到改管道，你得跟city和HOA(if any）
打招呼。否则就会变成非法改建，成为卖房硬伤。re-route管道很麻烦的。比如下水，
要加很长的管子绕回原来下水的地方，能通顺的了吗？
而且，如前面几位所说，原来的floor plan不错的，也很漂亮。你的新计划厨房好像变
小了。房子是很大的，厨房改小并不是好改动啊。
