我租的一个较大公司大公寓，已经四年半了，一切都照章办事，从来没有任何麻烦。也
按期交了要离开的书面通知，通知后他们就不时的带人来看公寓，每次也都先打电话来
，除了有一才我在度假以外，我都让他们进来，而且我人都在家里。
但是今天周六，我和老公带儿子一早就去看电影了，我也没带手机，大约十二点的时候
回到家，发现家门开着，原来他们一个工作人员在带人看我们的公寓，她说她打电话给
我留了言。还说什么合同说可以带人近来。
我查了合同书，上面说要有我的允许才可以。
我很气愤，想问一下这种情况下我应该怎样做，不想就这样了事。

. If you are the apartment, you will take it more easily because you will

is to make sure the apartment let you know beforehand for the visit and
make yourself available for phone calls. After all, you also have the
responsibility during this process, which you didn't 100% fulfill in this

apartment management. Absolutely not, technically or legally.
In fact, nobody, except in official duty, has the obligation to
answer a phone. That is the reason why a court ticket must be
served by a person in writing. Many courts recognize it a
reasonable assumption that you read your postal mails, but none,
as far as I know, assumes you answer your phone.
This was absolutely a criminal offense. The tenant could have
called police right at scene, and stopped the group from leaving
until the police comes. The tenant still can, call the police
and file a formal complain of unlawful entry. That apartment
neighborhood will have a record of criminal brake-in, and maybe
force it to lower its rent to attract customers.
Of course, I agree that there was not much of gain. There is
not much ground for civil claim. Hard to prove any damage if
at all. It will make the management hate you. But since you
are leaving, and since you are angry, why not.

有证据证明他联系过你，而且事情紧急。还有比如房子还有一个月到期的话，房东有权

如果事情紧急或是联系不到租客，他们绝对是有权利进来的。除非在签合同的时候，你

谢谢大家的回应，我思来想去也还是十分的生气，说实话，当我看到家门开的那一刻，
我还真的吓了一跳。
这个女的工作人员是很苛刻的，但是我一直都是按章办事，几年来从来就没有发生过冲
突。
事发后我把她叫回来跟她谈话后，她也说以后给我多一点的时间通知，以前基本是二十
分钟，或者通知后十几分钟就到的样子。
我也想到叫警察，只是觉得不值得。
我还有一千五百多块钱的押金，这个公司的评价不是很好，基本是押金很少有能拿回来
的，不过我总以外自己从不惹麻烦，又保持的很干净，希望我能拿点回来。
