I did their one-hour online technical evaluation.
Did not receive any feedback after more than one week.
Sent follow up email and Recruiter told me she is also waiting for results.
Does the company reject applicants silently?

most likely you did OK with the exam but they don't like your background so
they are waiting for a team to pick you in order to continue the process. If
nobody picks you it will be a silent rejection.

normal mowing and watering should wear them down.
Will not kill them, but will contain it.
