上次那个duplex，asking price是19万，我出价15万，对方counter回来16万8，我应该
怎么counter呢？我的心理价位是15万8，最高不超过16万。这个strategy应该怎么set
up，是直接offer到15万8，还是先counter到15万6，然后再加上去？请达人指教。

是啊,对方一下就降了10%+,要么是急着卖要么是好久没人要,

Assuming that seller thinks you are series. First counter is coudbe $154,500
. Then 155,500K if there is another counter. If there is more counter, make
it 156K. After that seller would realize that this would be your final offer
.

非常感谢大家的回复！今天收到agent的电话，所以赶紧上来update一下。
我当时想了很久，最后counter到了$155,000。我没有找自己的agent，直接就用seller
agent了。他把自己的commission降到了4%，所以Seller同意$155,000成交。
明天要去跟agent签正式合同了，希望一切都顺利。
