请问大家:
我是第一次买TOWNHOUSE，信用分数比较低，
现在银行的推荐两种选择，
1：２０％ DOWN PAYMENT+５％ HFA，月供１１００
２：１０％ DOWN PAYMENT + 3.5 ５／１ ARM 月供 1400
不知选那种?
还有什么可以选择?

如果能交２０％ DOWN PAYMENT，你可以选15year Fixed 就不用交MI. If you are in
the states from Maryland through Massachusetts, 你可以找我.
