事情是这样的， offer 接受了，签了合同。然后就去和银行的代理谈贷款的事情，利
息什么的都谈好了，但是没有签任何正式文件。然后Email了我的一些收入和身份信息
，下一周就收到了正式的文件，结果一看GFE和谈的不太一样，就准备和代理在面谈下
。结果这个房子做inspection有问题，我不想要了。正在这个时候，银行还做了
appraisal，寄来了结果。我的问题是，如果我退出的话，我要负责这些银行的费用么
？合同上有inspection contingency.

没有签任何正式文件, 银行还做了appraisal? Are you sure you did not sign any
document to authorize the bank to request a appraisal?
If you back out, you may have to pay the appraisal and maybe bank mortgage
application fee.

奇怪，Appraisal怎么会这么早做呢？你有没有填Loan的Application form?

I said I did not sign anything on paper. Everything is verbal communication.
Even the realtor was surprised that the bank did the appraisal so early.

如果你没有提供Credit Card信息，那你就不用付这笔钱。感觉这个房子还是及早退出
的好。
