和台阶下地基有些下陷，已经出现洞了，想买土和石头填上。还有，哪里可以租一个什
么机器，能把石板（大约3'X3'这么大）掀开，想往下面垫土。还是找两个壮汉，用杠
杆原理就行了。

Townhouse? I don't think you should do anything about grading before getting
an approval from HOA.

Good point. I think I might need to go through HOA before I open those
slates. Not just my house. My neighbors have the same problem too.
