I asked my attorney questions' about e-request as my PD becomes current for
days but no actions have taken from the TSC. The attorney said we cannot do
anything until the January 2014 VB comes out, if your PD remains current, we
can contact the USCIS, but if your PD retrogress, we cannot do anything. I
don't understand how the PD can retrogress?

你可以自己
1. service request
2. 写信给本州或当地议员，让他们帮你催

没修过，但是听人说只要喷水区域对的，控制器没坏就都是小问题。
喷头几块钱就能换一个。

May I know your PD? Mine is 10/21/2008 and the status is still "initial
review". My case number starts with SRC. So I guess it shall also be
processed at TSC.
On the website of USCIS, it says "Please wait until the end of normal
processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live
assistance." Not sure if we should wait till the end of this month. I am
worried that thing might get slow down during holiday seasons. :(

先试试能不能自己调一下。水的大小，方向（喷水角度）
不行可以去买一些喷头自己换，很容易。不过调整是要经常做的，割草机常会压／撞到
喷头。

Seems that TSC has not touched EB2C so far this month. My PD Oct. 23,2008.
TSC as well. We should ask congressman/woman help. Many phone calls from
congressman will give them some pressure.

how to know "no actions have been taken from the TSC"for your case?
Online check?
Also, what is the normal waiting time for a case after it is current?
