今天（6月8日星期三）的利率和昨天相比重新贷款30年固定及5/1 ARM的利率下降！重
新贷款41万7以下30年固定降为4.375%，5/1 ARM回落至2.75%！购房贷款41万7以下30
年固定利率仍为4.375%，5/1 ARM降至2.5%！

假设贷款在加州，贷款金额是$380K，LTV<=75%，信用分数>760，SFR，今天5/1 ARM重
贷利率要拿到2.5%的话，out-of-pocket的费用要$2,500左右。
