实际没有绿卡名额，但是为了建立485库存，排期大跃进，你还是需要等很久才能拿到
绿卡，但是可以先拿到ead和ap，另外485提交6个月后可以跳槽，不会影响绿卡申请。
对很多人来说，方便很多。

谢谢，既然没有名额为什么要建立库存呢，难道不是因为之前几年批复的140数量小于
接下来的绿卡名额？

核心问题就是排期，visa-cutoff date，即用作审批485的排期，又作为交485的限制。
485审理要半年或更长，由于这个不合理的设置，如果不“放水”预收485，排期到了会
没有demand，没有case可批，最后造成当年名额浪费。过去发生过很多次了。

哦，懂了，就是说放说无非就是可以让你的申请提前被审核，最后拿到绿卡还是要等到
你的排期到当前，对么？
