I am in the 3rd year H1b visa, soon I will go back to China to set up a
business there, and stay in China for most of the time. However, I would
still have some collaborations with US university, and business, and would
frequently come back to US. Do you think I can still maintain H1b status?
By the way, I have NIW green card I140 approved, but need to wait to submit
I480.

看到一个房子，挺满意的，但是现在的owner把地下室租给人家一个月1200，说是有
permit的，就是所谓的母女屋。
但是我觉得当房东挺麻烦的，我们也没有什么经验，这每个月的房租是不是还要交收入
税呢？大概是百分之多少呢？版上当房东的人来说说，是不是很麻烦？

没看明白。如果美国没有工作，何来H-1B？
