请问新房base price和最后售价的区别# Living

想请问下，在builder网上看到一小区的新房(to be built)，标价$22X,000(base
price)，最后的售价是base price+options/upgrade+lot premium吗?
一般来说，买的新房加上该有的upgrade后，价格区别和base price有多大?
附近相同size,2000年后的二手房，大多卖$250,000左右，
觉得新房的起价$22万不太现实?
有买过新房的朋友能说说吗?
你们在upgrade上大概都花了多少钱?

options/upgrade+lot premium can be very expensive. It is easily to throw
minimum 10K-50K for upgrades. The basic bathroom, kitchen, floor (usually
carpet) is very plain and you have to upgrade it to make it nicer.
