有一些问题。应该去找quote然后发给卖家?去哪找？
另外是要求修还是要降价，或者现金？多谢大家。
1. radon is 6.2 > 4.0;
2. gas line in the basement needs a ground line;
3. Roof has "bumps" because of lack of "hold-down clips". Needs to repair;
4. Fascial of the siding needs to be replaced, just one location;
5. Structural columns in the basement need to be verified that they were
installed correctly. May need a structural engineer.
最后一点，如果要找structures engineer 来证实, 这个钱谁付？再谢。
