问公寓的leasing officer，他们答复说，他们会告诉供电公司我们入住的时间，然后
供电公司自己会在我们搬出时给账单。
不知道大家住过的公寓是不是这样的?
比较奇怪的一点是，我们入住那天是周末，并没有供电公司的人来公寓来检查电表，也
没有任何人给我们一个入住时的电表读数？大家有没有碰到这种情况呢？
国内租房一般在入住时记录电表读数在合同上，这里的做法难道很不一样么

where is your 电表. Sometimes it is outside your apartment and you may not
know if 供电公司 has come or not. You can call 供电公司 to find out how
they will charge you for the first month.
