I am pleased to offer you the position. Your initial salary will be $zzz per month, which is equivalent to $zzzz annually. This offer is contingent upon satisfactory reference and applicable background/motor vehicle checks and confirmation that you are legally authorized to work in the United States.

我们现在是下个月close，不过现在银行的账户上其实并没有显示有足够的钱来cover
20%的downpayment及所有的closing costs 加prepaid的tax 和insurance啥的，要等到
这个月的工资下来以及好几笔公司的出差报销下来才够，大概是离closing还有半个月
的的时候bank account就都会全到账了。。。现在broker还没找我要东西，就是一个月
前弄preapproval的时候要了工资单和bank statements。想问这个查是否有20%
downpayment是一般啥时候查呢？如果找我姐借点钱存进去有没有关系的？

nothing changed. they took out the performance review part to avoid
ambiguous legal interpretations. most jobs are "at will". congrats.

哪里有涨工资的保证?review也可能是说要开人的.

kao,我们不仅有down payment,还留了半年生活+月供费
我们的lender可是要了我们所有bank statements，看来我们有足够的钱，才批的loan
找你姐借点钱要开gift letter,太多的话你姐要报gift税

留那么多钱，半年的生活费。。。。。。我们交玩20%down 和closing closts后手头只
会有4千到6千块钱了。不过等工资下来就没问题了。。。那我还是明天赶紧跟broker好
好谈谈，不要到时出岔子了。。

of course. But this is perfectly reasonable. The point is, reviewing the
salary does not mean a promise to increase salary.

大多数大一点的银行需要至少两个月的payment看到在你的account里面, 不过可以用
reserve account代替.

从$zzzz annually变成$zzz annually差别是很大，差了十倍。

理论上在有shortage的情况下，这个loan不能算clear to close，就是说LZ怎么也都需
要提供update的bank statement或者是activity以证明自己有足够的银子，并且大笔存
款需要source。
如果，差得不多的话，问亲属借钱比较容易，提供gift letter，并且money到帐就可以
解决。
