没有remove contingency就可以拿回来deposit，earnest money不少钱呢，为什么不要

I just backed out my agreement and I got my earnest money back. If you
have the inspection contingency (I don't think you waived it) and it is
still in the time limit, just back out. You can also do it with financial
continency (such as difficulies to get loans).
