合同规定窗帘窗帘杆都是property的一部分，为了保证窗帘留下来，
我们还签订了一个amendment，结果seller还是把其中我最喜欢的一个窗帘窗帘杆都换
了，
现在listing and buyer agent都不愿意管，请问我怎样才能把窗帘要回来？？？
seller解释说是因为那个原来的窗帘坏了，所以给俺们换了个新的，如果要他们把窗帘
还回来，
我们得接受那是一个坏掉的窗帘这个事实 listing agent 的email 原文如下
The concern was something was wrong with the red draperies ... something was
broken and rigged together for the showings.
They（seller) thought your Buyer would be much happier with the quality and
condition of the gold draperies which is why they put them up. They thought
they were doing a really kind and good thing by giving the better drapery
treatments to your Buyer. However, they will drop off the red ones and take
the gold back if your Buyer prefers. Your Buyer needs to acknowledge that
the returned draperies are flawed ... I'm not sure if they are stained or
torn or if the problem was with the hooks ...
The Seller will NOT pay to repair the red drapes once they return them if
that is what your Buyer wants. The Buyer will have to "rig" the drapes so
that the problems do not show ... which is the way they were during the
showings.
我现在就想把窗帘要会来，因为整个一楼的窗帘是一套都是红的，现在dining 给单换
成黄色的，实在是很不协调。大家帮忙知个招。谢谢
