怎么分析出来的结论？
1M+的房子不管叠嶂，只要现在还是>91万，对中值没有任何影响吧？我还可以说CV 1M+
的房子在加速上涨嗫。

How do numbers above original median value change affect the median value if
none of them fall below the original median value? Or do you have a unique
way to count to get a new median value higher?

1M+的房子7月卖的比6月多， 所以中值绝对值上去了
但和一年前同月比， 1M+的房子价格跌了, 导致中值下降了
理解了吗?
自己去实战一下CV的1M+房子就知道了,别成天凭空想象,
按照你的理论,这两个月CV房价没跌,都是在卖低端便宜房子导致了bias,
你自己相信你自己的理论嘛? lol
有空再去查查per sqft跌幅, 上次我都贴出来给你,
让你解释你的没跌理论了,hoho

就是分布没变, 这样才有可能>median的部分升高或者降低都不影响median
可是你的分布不变的假设正确吗?
