I strongly recomend my loan agent. She is very nice and always give you best
rate she can get. You can compare with other agent and decide by yourself.
BTW, I am in LA area and today she can do 4% 30 year mortgage.

It depends on your case. But in general, it is a little bit pricy as of last
week. (BTW, last Friday, rate became worse)

怎么觉得高了点。我是N月前做的REFI， 3.875%, no point, no cost。据说利息又
下降了很多。我觉得我的agent也很不错。我当时shopping rate 两个月，最后
MITBBS一哥们推荐了她。一个电话打过去，她报了个最低价，我就立刻锁了。整个
过程就3个星期，一切搞定。有网友要推荐，可以站内email我。她可以做多个州的
贷款。
