Hi,
When buying a small piece of foreclosured raw land, who is responsible for
the unpaid real estate tax+ utility bill, it seems that buyer should pay it
based on some research on internet, however based on the contract listed
below, it seems that the buyer and seller will prorate the cost based on
closing date.(What is the closing date referred here???) I am confused.
