As of today, this is very decent one for 3.25% 15 yea fixed for no point no
fee refinancing. Is your loan mount close to $400K?

不是refinancing，就是一般的贷款，around $300K。

If this is purchase loan, 15 year fixed for 3.25% is reasonable, given you don't release more info (i.e. what else lender will/will not cover for you).
