anyone using PSE&G indirect heating system?# Living

Living in Northern Jersey - My baseboard heating system/boiler is about 50
yrs old and water heater is 15 yrs old, both are at retirement age. I
contacted PSE&G and they gave me quote for heating system around $7300, plus
additional $2700 for replacing water heater and install indirect heating
system saying the indirect system saves utility bill by using the heat in
winter to heat the water. Anyone has similar experience or have changed
heating or heater through PSE&G. i am 1st home buyer, no experience at all.
