新手买房,遇到两个问题,
第一,银行的commit day和closing day有什么差别?
offer信上写着sale is subject to BUYER obtaining a commitment for a
Conventional mortgage in the amount of $xxxxx no later than 12/28/2011 BUYER
shall apply for financing within 15DAYS of acceptance of this offer.
后面又写到SELLER shall deliver possession of the property and give a good
record and marketable title by deed at closing, which shall be on before
THURSDAY, JANUARY 5, 2012.
这个正常吗?这么短的时间(还包括thanksgiving, christmas)完成贷款申请可能吗
?
第二,如果我没有在指定的时间内贷到款,会有什么后果?会损失多少?会被告吗?
