因为多了买方经纪分享佣金,卖方经纪会不会不好说话?
而直接找卖方经纪的话,由于一人独享佣金,会不会更好谈价钱?
买房手续方面可以找律师搞定。
大家想法如何?。。。

在加州这里是不需要律师的,最好还是找个Agent帮你,尤其是第一次买房子。

The answer is:
1. You don't need to if you are very knowledgable, and believe you can get
part of that buyer agent commision.
2. You need a good buyer agent if you are not very knowledgeable, and easy
to be bluffed.
From my experience most buyer are not very knowledgeable, and will be paying
actually higher price than having a buyer agent. A good buyer agent will
save you money much more than his/her commision.

If this house is hot and price is below market quite bit, 直接找卖方经纪的话
might get a good deal. But in most cases, it is better to have agent if
this agent will truly represent your interests, provide good service, offer
the sizable rebate.

你找到好的经纪就好, 找不到好的就很难说了,自己一定要多少懂一些,包括房子的条
件,价格的比较等
