Sorry no Chinese input available on my PC now.
These two statements are from the bank's ARM mortgage webpage. Have no idea
what are "purchase transactions" and "purchase only".
1/1, 3/1, and 5/1 ARM rates will be reduced by 0.25% for purchase
transactions only.
10/1 ARM product available on purchases only.
By the way the bank said they can do ARM without requiring H1B or green card.
