联系了一个Mortgage agent, 拿到的GFE上有这莫几项：
Your Charges for All Other Settlement Services
4.Title services and lender's title insurance $ 2,2**
This charge includes the services of a title or settlement agent, for
example, and title insurance to protect the lender, if required.
5. Owner's title insurance $ 5**
6. SURVEY $ 7**
7. Government recording charges $ 6**
These charges are for state and local fees to record your loan and title
documents.
问题：
1）第四项是什么，为什么我的 agent 跟我提到我只需要买title insurance by
owner?
2) 上面的这几项和Mortgage company有什么关系？是不是应该通过我的attorney 来
直接付给相应的公司？

第4个是给title公司的费用。如果Agent做的真的no cost的话，这钱应该不用你付。

因为你需要贷款，lender　一定会要求买 title insurance
４／５／６都和贷款有关，７的话是把房子过户到你名下。

You may need Lender's title insurance if you have loan (to protect your
lender's interest).
