I had Verizon DSL before. No problems at all.

I have had many problems with them. I just realized that every year I had to
BBB to renew my contract with them; they charged non-contract y monthly fee
for several months every year after contract ended. last year I BBB-ed them
twice -- still not totally solve but just gave up.
