Samsung Information Systems America， R&D group。Glassdoor上的评价几乎是我看
过的公司里面最差的了。
Glassdoor上说的最主要的问题是manager啥都不懂，根本不做任何有用的东西，只知道
讨好韩国总部。还有似乎就是工资较低。不知道实际情况到底怎么样？
这里好像很少提到Samsung的。有谁了解情况的能详细讲讲么？多谢！

It depends. 如果是Approved Short Sale，基本没有砍价的可能。如果不是approved
，即使seller接受了你的offer，几个月后银行返回来也很可能让你再加钱。现在是淡季，如果是自住房，最好还是不要碰Short Sale吧。

有过一个自称“弱offer”的，似乎90+K加上25% bonus。不知道里面的氛围是否真像
Glassdoor上说的那么差？

可以适当的砍一些,当然还要看listing price是不是fair market price.

给三星正下名他们offer不差 phd有115kbase 这还是negotiate以前的开价 bonus有25
%—30%
里面人也挺nice
我已经从了别家了就不继续negotiation 我觉得能negotiate到120k
要推荐的给我站内我认识那个hiring manager
需要懂点gpgpu和game phys engine

totally depends. I saw a short sale listed for 590K, but the regular sale is
listed 620K. market price is 580K-590K. In this case, I would cut 10%
first.
They listed for 590K as short sale is because they own the bank 600K.

short sale price is determined by the bank(s), not the owner. As said, even
if the seller accept your offer with 99% off the market price, it means
nothing.
