I just found out that my babysitter let my child watch cartoon during the
day.
I understand that it is difficult to pass those 8-9 hours without going out
in bad weather.
But what should I do?
Just converted from daycare to babysitter, since she gets sick a lot.
Any ideas?

突然发现就在今天TSC的平均处理时间变成4.5个月了，另一个processing time显示的
也是处理到了4月16日。好兆头啊！我前段时间刚刚递交了140 eb1a，希望大家都能赶
快被批啊!顺便求bless，呵呵。

1. 从loan broker那里要到loan preapproval是不是就意味着我一定要从那个broker那
里贷款,不能换别的银行了呢? 什么document约束我一定从那里贷款呢？
2. 是不是一定要确定一个real estate agent并合人家签订协议后，人家才提供购房信
息和带我看房啊？能不能同时用好几个agent带着我看房呢？
3. 大家有用FHA贷款的吗?相比一般loan有何优势和劣势呢?

BABYSITTER 都什么素质？应该也有好的不过好的人才估计去做DAYCARE应该更挣得多点

不是，能但不能是同一个房子。

she told me she won't let her watch any cartoons.
she asked for our internet password to play music for her and check emails
during her nap.
but she did it, let her watch for 2 hours.
and another wierd thing is:
she usually takes 2-hr nap, but she comes, she take 2.5 ~ 3 hr nap.
Now I doubt she even gave her medicines to sleep more.
9 hr - 2 hr (TV) - 3 hr (NAP)!!!

谢谢您的回复，第二的问题还是不确定。您说不能是同一房子是什么意思？我发现目前
市面上agent良莠不齐，反正我不需要交commission？能不能同时用几个agent帮我选房？

BABYSITTER给娃吃药确实是有的
我个人不是特别信得过的是不敢请BABYSITTER在家看娃的

Normally, agent A show your the house B. if you eventully buy house B,
better buy through agent A.

2岁娃让BABSITTER给连续看2小时电视？这也太离谱了
三岁之前建议都是少看电视一次不要超过30分钟

he is 5 now, he watched a lot of TV back when he was 2 too.
however, I do suggest you to screen the internet content. 'cause my boy has
taken to watch videos on youtube, and some of the cartoons loaded up there
are downright awful. Modern TVs aren't that bad to the eyes, not worse than
watching tablet closeup.
And, if you do not wish your baby to watch any TV/Tablet at all, you should
have playthings ready, or toys ready for your baby to play in the time
period your baby was watching TV.

Of course, there's toys in my home.
can this be an excuse for giveing her cartoons?
she did not show boredom and she did not request watching cartoons.

well, all that I am saying is that if you do not wish someone to do thing A,
it's more efficient to tell the person to do thing B/C/D, and provide an
environment where those things can be done. make sense now?

这没啥好说的。给看2个小时电视肯定是不对。2岁就算看，也不应该超过20分钟。我家
现在5岁多，一天也就看20分钟。
睡觉的事倒不觉得是吃药。首先你咋知道到底睡了多久？而且小朋友要是看两个小时电
视，看累了多睡也有可能。
其实2岁就不要呆在家里了。多无聊啊。说实话亲妈带也无聊。小朋友这时候要的是玩
伴。关于daycare 生病，这是必然的过程，过了就好了。
