周末看得一个房子，卖主disclose some seals broken, 就是那种双层玻璃，然后中间有水
汽，这种修一下要多少钱？没经验哈。先打听一下，出价时好有个考虑，多谢！
还有这个房子最近刚换过roof （disclose roof leaked, whole roof replaced)，房子是2700 sqft,15年， 房子要价在那个小区算比较高的（一般40出头，这个要48。5），new air condition system (2010)，地下室没装修
类似的一个房子，各方面都差不多，但是没换过屋顶，地下室装修了，夏天卖出去的，43万卖的
另外，listing agent也是我们的buyer agent
大家建议一下怎么出价？

不过你要是打10次，说不定能遇到一个告诉你一些不知所云的信息。bottom line是T2
只是查询，并没有任何expedite的作用。不过如果你要是为了EAD AP，你已经可以file
SR了。

window.

最近打了几次T2，有很不愿意帮忙的，口气很不好，什么都不说，只好挂掉。不过也有
比较nice的，告诉我还在background check。说实话，不会对你的case有什么帮助，只
是让你稍微多了解一些自己case的status，省得干着急。

抽抽真空? :) It's the opposite. The pressure is to keep the moisture out,
and in case of micro leaks, keep the insulation capacity lasting longer.
Even if it's techniacally possible to refill the inert gas, it's not cost-
effective. Just estimate the replacement cost in your case.
