As long as you could save monthly payment, it is worth it. Especially in the
first few years.There is quite bit rate drop.

Basically, non-recourse debt means your liability is limited to the collateral (i.e. your house), but not to yourself (or any other asses under your name).

Most of mitbbs user don't need to worry too much, and that is little you
could do about it.

non-recourse, 不付月供的话, 银行可以吧房子收了, 但不会去碰你别的财产
recourse, 不付月供的话, 银行把房子收了, 还查你别的财产,拿来抵债.
