我在纽约州，目前morgage interest rate : 4.875%，15year, 当时是no closing
cost
看到现在很多都是3.375%. 但是问了几家银行，都要closing cost,而且6000-7000。
请问现在有哪家morgage company提供比较低的closing cost的refinance?

re: 好像conventional loan不会涨价。如果20% down,应该没事。

6000多的closing cost也太搞了， 是银行的吧。 找wholesale 的broker试试。

Yeah, NYS residents need mortgage tax and title insurance, around $5000.
