有位妈妈问我有没有5-6岁孩子的经典书书单，她的站内邮箱满了，几次想发给她都不
成。
我想那就发到论坛吧，希望对更多的父母有用。请留意，这些书是爸爸妈妈读给孩子听
的，而不是要求孩子自己读的。当然，孩子自己能读愿意读也当鼓励。
另外，这里好多书，大孩子也喜欢。

看中一个房子, 自己实地去仔细考察过. 然后直接给卖房的agent打电话. 他们公司的
秘书或者什么人,就给我email过来了空表格. 我就填了,然后交过去了. 上面没有买方
的buyer agent. 只有卖方的seller agent. 然后过了一天,接到另外一个人(属于同一个
公司的)的email说是银行counter了我的offer. 基本上就是我给的价格, 不过close时
间改了一下. 现在我们准备接受这个offer.
碰到这种情况, 我到底有没有buyer agent呢? 我没有跟任何agent 签订合同来代表我
们. 如果我现在临时找一个agent来代表我们, 可以吗? 如果可以,怎么跟这个agent要
rebate呢?

那可以现在临时找一个agent来代表我吗?
不然我没有agent.
如果我不用agent,那buyer agent的commission feee我可以拿到吗?

这个是不是算没有buyer agent，那就没有buyer agent的commision，那怎么再去要
rebate？
银行approve的notic上面通常有明确说给agent多少commission的。你这是reo吧

你可以跟他说要rabate，否则你退出。。嘿嘿。。。

好主意！这个单子上的大部分书我都买了。有些是知道是经典没给孩子读就买的，有几
本是借了又借然后买的。

我觉得有区别，有一次打折十来快钱买了10几本书，其中两本是关于女孩子在学校跳
舞的，儿子特别不喜欢，还有一本小母鸡多嘴多舌的，也很不喜欢。还有上面大家
推荐的Bearstein 我家也有一本，他好像也不喜欢。其实DORA的书他也不是非常喜
欢，实在没有新书了，凑合看看。他喜欢Clifford，Froggy, If you give a mouse
a cookie等等系列的。

不太喜欢froggy。觉得froggy就是丢三落四，专门捉弄老师的问题小孩。不想让儿子跟
他学坏了。

没错，不用分那么细。小一些的孩子(2-5岁)可么听父母读其中内容简单的，象nursery
rhyme(mother Goose), Aesop's Fables (伊索寓言)就很好。
C. S. Lewis (Narnia 传奇的作者) wrote, “. . . A story worth reading only in
childhood is not worth reading even then." 我有同感。在给六岁的老二读这些儿
童经典时，九岁的老大常挤过来听，我自己也挺喜欢这些书的。
