你的EB2排期还没到，只能用EB1a.

我知道我的agen 是做兼职的，她不承认，四五十岁了，我也不是拆穿她
而且很多东西她都不懂，我只好随她，都是中国人，我信任她，认为大家都是中国人，
不会玩阴的。
现在她总是一步一步吃着上，让我有点不开心，今天签约提到这个，我也不知道说什么
好，毕竟我也不知道，下次她有提跟我要的话我再跟她挑明？还是明天给她个电话跟她
说清楚？

我错了，她要是真敢收我这200我亏了inspection的400也不买了！
反正房子价格超过我的心理价一点，都怪我不够定力，被她几次的游说就从了，现在想
想现在是什么市场啊？我真傻，人说中国人人傻钱多，可我偏偏是人傻钱少。

一般好像没有听说过，亏400快inspection也亏了点，跟你agent好好沟通下，大家都是

可能是真的。不过很多代理把它当作自己费用的一部分就不转嫁给客户了. 如果你的代
理给rebate不错，你就对付了吧。如果没有返还, 就让她自己出.

i personally prefer to totally abandon the stupid agent system but there are
many ppl just have no idea about the housing market and do not know how to
research. 3% is too high maybe for listing, but not so much for selling (
buyers) agent though. Especially many buyers agents are rebating buyers.

agent fee一挣就是小一万的，这几百还拿出来恶心人？那个agent也太小气了吧?建议
