十一月底close的short sale 的房子，这些天竟然有两律师楼来信说我这房要被原来的
(以前owner)lender作为forecloure的房子要在一月初拍卖，拍卖公开价格比我买价高
快二十万。这是因为以前的lender没撤销记录吗？这东东太奇怪，我这个新房主可以置
之不理吧？

不懂。你的房子closing之前title 没有clear吗？最好还是别置之不理，先问问帮你买
房的realtor或者律师怎么回事。

刚飙过去问了下我的title公司，说title已经transfer,应该是这些律师行搜集的
public info 乱搞，说short sale 以前的lender还是会走完整个程序，所以经常有这
些错乱的东西

Short sale title transaction can't be done without stopple letter to
previous lender to stop the foreclosure process. Title should not be
transferred with on-going foreclosure auction.
You should call attorney or call previous lender directly to verify if the
auction process is still active. If so, it is serious issue, dude. Don't
trust lenders until you verified it yourself.
