另外大家都是全部在园里买吃喝的吗？网上说除非特殊情况不能带吃喝，入口有人查包

I also assume the house purchase contracts are standard for resale homes:
escrow and titile company, not the agents, handle the paperwork. Anyone can
shed some lights on this too?

Personally, I don't think you gain much by taking all the efforts by
yourself. Of course, you hope that by eliminating the buyer's agent from the
list, you have a bit better leeway to negotiate for a lower price, but, you
never know, and it is not guaranteed.
I worked with a agent, a good one. I enjoyed many conversations, open-house
trips, suggestions and learning experience. She recommended reliable
inspectors, efficient lawyer and loan agent, making the purchasing a breeze.
She replied every phone call I made, and all my emails too. Her timely
response to the seller's agent was also important for us to win the house (
there was a higher bidder). Treat your agent as a friend, an adviser, not
someone who just want part of your payment.

可以带吃的。我们10月份刚去了，可以带，不过不能带大cooler进去。

这个嘛，我觉的一个是，有些房子你自己没办法看，只有找个AGENT，一个就是AGENT会
给你些价格建议，主要是你刚开始看房子的时候。那是我的没感觉， AGENT说的还蛮对
的，但是过了两个月，我的感觉就很准了。不过，我要是相信AGENT的话，能早买两个
月的房子，而且那个第一看上的是我现在最喜欢的。当时AGENT说值更高，我不信，就
错过了。现在想想还是有些后悔。
还有就是，在CLOSE的过程中，基本我每天都跟AGENT打5-10分钟电话，从装修多少钱，
到程序是什么，到CLOSE之后怎么办，到那些PAPER WORK什么意思。
不过即使这样，而且我的AGENT退了我一半的COMMISSION,我还是觉得，AGENT赚的挺多的。
不过，即使你没有BUYER AGENT，好像也不可能把那些COMMISSION都拿到手。LISTING AGENT一般更黑。

part, since there are no established system to track their credibility (such
as yelp). I would pay the full commission if I find such agents.

有孩子一定要带冰箱的房间.......
还有如果旅馆包早餐也可以省事不少。
包早餐的俺特别推荐hyatt连锁的。

如果你真的做足了功课，agent能帮你的也真的只是一些paper work了.所以你可以要回
一些commission。

我们家都是待到晚上的焰火或者大表演之类的结束，从来不出去午休。。。。。blush
4天有stroller没事的，没stroller小孩就得走不少路，我女儿这次就比较辛苦。
最好有一个人专门负责到处到点去给所有人拿fast pass，这样可以省事很多。
child swap的时候可以多拿一张fast pass，up to 3人还可以多坐一次哦。

进CONTRACT前没什么了。（如果你自己能看房子的话）。
进CONTRACT后还是有不少要问的。我一共写/收了上百封EMAIL在CLOSE的 过程中。

比如爸爸和大儿子坐一次。
然后妈妈和小女儿排到了。小女儿不坐，妈妈和大儿子再坐一次。

我们一个多月前带14个月的娃去的。
5天，中午就在园子里nap，不过晚上一般5点就出园了。
只有一天为了晚上看焰火，又回去了一次。
我觉得娃不会吃不消，倒是大人比较累一点儿是真的。
也可能我娃比较天使，困了在哪儿都能睡。。。
对了，我们是住的disney的hotel，租了车。个人感觉租车是个life saver。

我们是住的disney的hotel，所以parking是免费的。住外面的话，好象$14一天。
magic kingdom我们去了两天，还是木有尽兴。。。
话说5天的联票比4天的貌似只贵两块多哈。

哈哈，话说没娃的时候我们一去就是7天，越玩儿越精神。
带个娃还是累不少，没有两个人玩儿那么尽兴了。。。不过有些不一样的乐趣～

We usually get a hotel or condo near by. Go to the park as early as
possible in the morning. When we all get tired, we go back to room to take
a nap. It's usually hot and crowded in the afternoon anyway. or if you
have energy, you can bring a comfortable stroller for the kid to sleep in.
For ticket, you can re-enter the same park as long as you get a stamp before
you leave.
