用蓝鸟付电费，偷鸡不成舍把米，两次了，national grid的都给我发信，说是
returned payment, check declined. 而我给蓝鸟打电话，蓝鸟说它可以当错一般的
checking account来付电费。我问了蓝鸟为什么会是check, 我没有写check. 他们说在
线付费会给对方electronical check. 奇怪的是，这两笔交易我的蓝鸟里都没有任何记
录。
而我的national grid 却有两次returned check记录。
有大侠知道是怎么回事吗？

loan contingency. On the original contract, we agreed to remove loan
contingency in 14 days, and it's been more than 3 weeks since we signed the
contract.
Since we are first time buyer, we want to know what to look for before we
remove the loan contingency. Some online posts suggest not to remove loan

当然如果Seller不催你的话，你可以不用remove contingency。不过听你的描述，基本
上你的贷款没有问题，所以remove contingency也无所谓。

上你的贷款没有问题，所以remove contingency也无所谓。

It is seller or listing agent who has strong motivation to remove all
contigency. In practise, once your loan is proved (with some remoable
contigency), you could consider to remove loan contigency.

Now a days, the loan process is so complicated that you could get surprise
even at the last minute before close. The loan contingency is there to
protect you. Don't remove it if possible.

protect you. Don't remove it if possible.
