What is the current rate for 15 year fixed term for zero cost refinance?

Should be very similar to CA, my guess is around 3.25%-3.375% for No Point
NO Fee refinancing.

Every state has similar but different rate sheet. For accuracy, better to
ask the mortgage broker with license in your state.
Rate from other state is just for reference only.
