请问title service & lender's title insurance $1850贵吗?其中lender's tile
insurance $750
broker说survey 可以不用 因为是condo
recording fee broker给的是$650 律师说是$500
请问这些费用应该是律师决定还是broker?
下面是律师给的估计有关title的费用:
title fees including those associated with settlement, overnight mailings,
printing closing documents, title endorsements required by your lender,
search fees etc. (maybe $2,400.00)
不知道是否合理?另外title search/insurance可以不通过律师买嘛?
